The Institute for Coastal and Water 91Ó°ÊÓ is the University's home for research activity and synergy in coastal and water research.
The Institute for Coastal and Water 91Ó°ÊÓ focuses on global climate change and sea level rise, restoration of coastal ecosystems, environmental modeling, water management, and sustainability of habitats and communities.
We facilitate multidisciplinary research endeavors across 91Ó°ÊÓ departments, schools and colleges. We also partner with state and federal agencies, private industry, nonprofits, and other academic institutions to identify and resolve coastal and water needs.
